Thanks Jacqui - recipe 6 oz butter and 2 oz sugar beaten together, then stir in 6 oz S R flour. Spoon in lumps onto greased tray, place in oven at 160 C for 15-20 mins.
Do they knock some money off the bill for all this home cooking? Not quite the same, but we converted one of our builders to Rock's squash when we had our attic done!
(And the boys in the house) Jam tarts with homemade jam, mincemeat pastie, veinesse cookies and mini egg custards.
