Come back please

This full moon has been particularly hard, messing with my emotions, letting insecurities creep in and mess with my head, making me feel flat, then up and down. I look at the above picture and wonder where that woman is?.... she looks so carefree, giggly, happy....! Hopefully she will be back soon as I don't like feeling this way...the way I used to feel when I was younger and less confident, questioning my hubby's feelings for me, questioning, head whirring into places it shouldn't go! Right, off to do some positive crafty things to try and shoo these insecurities away.

Sometimes, as women, it's hard to accept that we can sometimes loose ourselves in the humdrum of life and looking after a family, sometimes not realise our own worth........on days like these it's important to be kind to yourself, try and do something just for you, remember the things that made you happy and gave you confidence........remember how wonderful it felt when you first met your other half, remember why you fell in love with them in the first place..........and talk to each other, it's amazing how we can live with someone for years and years, yet never really communicate past "pass the salt".

I have been in a dark place, unsure of myself, unsure of my partners love, never realising that I could turn things around, I'm not saying it's easy and the fist small step is always the hardest, I think believing in yourself is that first step........hope you find yourself again soon.

(( hug )) I know the feeling. May more sunshine-filled days ahead help us all to feel more carefree, happy, and giggly :-)

Big happy hugs to you hun. Spring will soon be here and if you're anything like me you'll naturally bloom alongside nature. In the meantime, keep busy with your wonderful crafts (just placed a small order btw ;-) and look after yourself.
